Sir Walter PLANTAGENET de Cornwall
Born: Sep 1232, Branell Manor, Grampound, St Austell, Cornwall, England
Married:
Died: 1313

The Wadham College pedigree is in error at this point, when it details that Walter was the son of Richard de Cornwall, illegitimate son by Joan Valletort & Prince Richard, Earl of Cornwall (b. 5 Jan 1208/09). The date of birth of Walter De Cornwall in September 1232 determines that he was an illegitimate son born of the said Joan by the said Earl of Cornwall, Prince of England after Joan's husband Sir Alexander Okeston died. To be a child of a son Richard, then the 23 year gap has to be split - you just can not get a generation in between - unless having a child-bearing wife/female with copulation with an 11 year old male/12 year old male - a remote chance?? hmmm
