Apparently, Robert Hardy had taken Elizabeth Comber on as housekeeper after his wife, Mary Dowling Minchin Hardy, was hospitalised in 1874. When Mary died, in 1886, Robert married Elizabeth. [ComberEdward1820.FTW]
