According to John Parker, author of "Travelling Along Life's Highway" - Chapter 1 - The Mackie-Comber Story - 1800-1887 Page 1-6 Elizabeth Hannah Comber-FitzSimmons:
The eldest daughter, Elizabeth married James Clack in 1890 in Narrabri. They had a small store in Maitland Street, Narrabri opposite her mother Elizabeth Hardy. They adopted a baby they called Ellen [Nellie] Clack, whose mother died when Nellie was born on 3/3/1889.
Based on the above - a BMD Search for the month of March 1889 showed 70 births, of which these seem to be most likely:
