Text:   I just found your website on line and have some info on the Murray side of the family for you.

My aunty Beryl married a Jack Murray and Ernest and Florence were his parents.

I have some info on his siblings if you would like it.

I have nothing on the first marriage of her children but as I say have info on her children from her second marriage.

----------------------

I have no idea as to why Florence ended up in NZ. Florence died 1970 and Ernest died 1936. I do not have any certificates yet so am unable to help with that.

I have attached what I have so far. I understand Doreen Alice Murray may have gone back to Australia as that is where she married in 1942.

----------------------

I can send you a copy of the Smith/Purcell tree.

The reason I say that is cause my great grandfather changed his whole name after arriving in NZ. The surname was Purcell and was changed to Smith.
