A lifer, Tim seems to have had skills as a brickmaker/stonemason, and
is said to have contributed to the building of Lansdowne Bridge, St
Luke's Liverpool, etc; he worked as a farmhand as well. A land grant
on the George's River turned him to agriculture full time - he was
never very successful, although his descendants farmed the block
until the 1960s, in later decades as a vineyard and winery. The
original stone house stood on the farm until recent years. Tim's
deathbed will is a joy, demonstrating his concern for his family,
especially 'the little ones'.
