Timing conundrum:
UK Census information definitely shows Frances, her sisters and her parents. However, a search for any immigration/arrival in Australia shows Emily and family arriving 1848 - BEFORE 1851 Census.
New thought - Frances married William Barton in Victoria - maybe the family arrived in Vic not NSW.....

An LDS search shows an EDWIN HOY WHEELER being born to Ann Territt/Makepeace/Wheeler and John Wheeler in 1829. However, the Hoy name did not enter the Wheeler family as a family name until Jonas Wheeler, son of Ann Territt/Makepeace/Wheeler and John Wheeler, married Rebecca Hoy. However, a Timothy Hoy was shown on Ann Terrett's (Territt/Terret bc1789) death Cert.
I believe that the Edwin Hoy Wheeler under the Jonas + Ann listing is incorrect and should be correctly ascribed to the Jonas + Rebecca marriage.

Martin, Abraham Convict Steal 58 pounds of iron New Sarum, Wiltshire 11 Mar. 1786 7 years
==========
7 March 1789 - Received 150 lashes and ordered to wear a leg iron for a year for disobedience and wandering away from the settlement.
20 February 1794 - Settled on 30 acres at Prospect Hill
Abraham was living with Mary EDWARDS from about 1797. Their daughter, Susannah, was born in 1800. There are two possibilities in 1811 for Abraham Martin, There was an Abraham MARTIN buried on 11 May 1811, aged 50. There was also an Abraham MARTIN recorded as about to leave for India on the 'Millwood' in June 1811. It is not possible to determine which one of these was the First Fleeter, although Mary EDWARDS was listed as a widow on charity in 1814.
